

You would think that the device running on Intel’s Core m3 chip will be much slower compared to the Intel Core i7 one. Well, it might not be true because both the devices have the same TDP rating. TDP rating is usually seen to measure the performance of any device. Now, it also has a Shyvana motherboard inside it. As for the benchmarking scores, Google Rammus powered by Core i7 achieved a single-core score of 4,054 points and a multi-core score of 8,247 points.
In comparison, the Google Rammus powered by Core m3 scored 3,479 points in the single-core test and 6,312 points in the multi-core test. There are no surprises here that the device is running Android 9.0 Pie. This is because it is made by Google and should run the latest version of Android. Now, it should be noted that the device is expected to be a Chromebook or Pixel Slate from Google. Therefore, we expect this device to run Chrome OS.
Now, there are rumours pointing towards the fact that it might be a budget version of Pixel Slate. Well, it could be true for the Intel Core m3 powered device. But we do not expect the budget version of Pixel Slate to run on Intel Core i7. Nonetheless, we might see the device launched very soon.
